Well, my 365 Days of Fitness challenge is now officially complete! When I first had this idea last December, I thought it would be a good goal to keep me motivated throughout 2014. I was so right! I was more active this year than any other year in my life. I only had 10 days out of the entire year that I didn’t do something active. That’s kind of crazy when I think about it! I was able to hit 100 miles again for the month of December and I finished my 38 day running streak from around Thanksgiving to right after New Years Day. I also completed a half marathon in a time I was super proud of, at 17 weeks pregnant. It was a great way to end my year and this challenge.

The challenge is over, but that doesn’t mean that I’m not going to make an effort to be physically active in some way every day that I can. I know that staying active is the key to feeling good during pregnancy for me, and it will be important for me to do the same after the baby is born in May. Here’s to another great year in 2015!
