Woo hoo! I am a third of the way through my 365 days of fitness challenge! After recovering from my marathon for most of March and dealing with more snow, I WELCOMED April with open arms. This month was spent training for my half marathon so I did a lot of hard running and some cross training. I also had my spring break this month which meant I could sleep a little later in the morning before going to run- yay! I ended up missing one day (April 12th) due to being in class all day for my RRCA coaching certification, and didn’t have an opportunity to fit in some sort of activity. But overall it was a great month!

I think I am doing well with my challenge so far. I am able to fit in some way to be active almost every day, even if it means getting creative sometimes (dancing, running around the yard with Kevin hunting for Easter eggs, etc.) It’s all better than nothing! I haven’t had a perfect month since my first one back in January, and I am thinking I’m going to go for that in May. 4 months down, 8 to go!
