Total New PRs: 5! I PRed this year in the 5K, 10K, 15K, Half-Marathon & Marathon 🙂

Total Pairs of Shoes I Went Through: 5

Total Body Glides Purchased: 2

Total Toenails Lost: 3 … all grown back now 🙂

Total Pounds Lost: 5

Total Wipe-Outs:  1 (damn sidewalk!)

Total Trips to the Medical Tent: 1, hopefully never again! 

Total Injuries: 0 (Knocking on wood as I type this!)

Total Things Tried Out of My Comfort Zone: 4 (Spinning, Body Pump, Zumba, Hot Yoga)

Total $ Spent on Running Gear & Races: Don’t even want to know!
